F&B Merchant Cancellation Policy as of 15th Jan 2018 REQUIREMENTS FOR A VALID REFUND:
  1. No charge to diner if F&B merchant cancels the order
  2. F&B Merchant have the right to refund
    1. within 2 hours after bills are cleared.
    2. Diner's provided reason has to be valid and acceptance conditions have to be met by F&B merchant.
